Formula for Averaging Hrs Worked by Workweek

Good morning,

I am in search of a Formula that can do the following:

1. Take the total hours in Time Tracking

2. Divide it by the workdays in each month excluding Holidays

3. Give the average

Ex. The month of June has 21 Business days, today is the 16th/22 business days. If I have enetered 29 hrs in time tracking, as of today I have worked and average of 1.8125 hrs a day.

Here are the formulas I have noted:

 ToDays (Duration d)

Average (Duration d, ...)

The workdays each month with change, so I need to be able to either enter the days for the month or the formula to automatically calculate the days.
