Hi Ron,
You would want to go into the field list for the table you are working in and look for that Job # field. When you open up the field settings for that field you can check and see if it is set to be reportable. That is a checkbox that appears at the very bottom of the field. This checkbox decides whether a field can be added to a report and if it isn't enabled then it is hidden by default.
