hidden job #
When a job is posted to an APP, QB assigns a Job #, but doesn't appear anywhere except when you view a job or edit a job. Is there a way to incorporate that Job # into a report?

I found the field I was looking for. Its called the Record ID, but appears as Job # when viewing the job.
