How do I go about allowing each user to have their own default page?

    I suggest making a new Dashboard role with no permissions for each user.  Add each user to the app again as an additional user in the new Dashboard role.  Sequence the Roles to have the ones with Custom Dashboards first.   Make custom dashboards and assigned each Dashboard Role default to those respective Dashboards.
