I have an App that is used by our external suppliers, I created a Home Page for each supplier and added supplier specific reports. In my admin role I can view the reports and the Home Page, however, in the supplier Role I cannot review the reports and thus the Home Page is blank. The report is available to Everyone, and every Role setting that I can think of is set to allow the supplier to view the appropriate table and reports. What am I overlooking?
Are you sure that the User Role has had the correct dashboard assigned to it?
Yes, I clicked the supplier specific role, went to Uder Interface and confirmed the Role Desktop and Role Mobile have the correct selection.
One possibility... Are the reports on the dashboard "user" specific? I have dashboards that even if I switch to that role they are blank for me because maybe it's for "assigned projects" and I do not have any relevant projects assigned to me. If you view it as a specific user it applies to, or use an incognito window for EOTI stuff does it show up? Beyond that, maybe subfield permissions on a report, that can cause reports to unexpectedly not display sometimes.
