How do I color code a record that is on the Calendar Report based on a value?

Where would I add the formula so that the color coding would work on the calendar?I want something like this:If([Probation]="Yes",RedIf([Overtime Issued]="Yes",Green

You will have to make a new field to show on the Calendar report

If you do not want to write any code at all, look for my post in this thread here. It could work if your drop down choices were from a relationship as opposed to a simple multiple choice field.
