I want to add the text field to the right next to multiple fields combined on the left. The highlighted table below is what I want to add.And I want it to the right of multiple fields to the left. See below.Please help. Thanks!!

If you only need this format for when the user is "viewing" the record (as opposed to "editing" or "adding"), then you could create a formula - rich text field that consolidates all of the information in whatever format you are able to create using HTML and inline CSS.

  I don't. In edit, you are restricted to the minimal layout options unless you create a custom form. I'm like Champion and generally stick with the native options.
