How to allow a role that has limited views export a report?

I have created multiple roles in my Application that restrict field views, editing capabilities and reports. I have one report that is visible to a finance role, however the users are unable to export...

I�m away from my computer now, but look for the setting, hide multi record operations and instead allow multi record operations.

Thanks - Did a look around different areas and can't find it. Should I be looking at the app settings or the report settings generally or in the specific report?
