How to allow a role that has limited views export a report?

Another place where export permissions can be set is in the application properties. To find it you would first go into application settings and then into the application properties page. Under that page there is a header for Advanced Settings and specifically for Security Options. One of the options is to - Allow users who are not administrators to export data-, if that is not checked then it could be blocking any non-Admin from exporting data.
