How to ask, "Are there any more ___ to add?"
I have a form that generally requires one field entry per user, but on occasion will need 2-3. For instance, one user may be required to submit a single address, while the other will be required to add 2-3.
Is there a way to add a box at the bottom of a form section asking "are there any more *addresses* you would like to add?" Selecting "yes" would then populate a duplicate series of fields. This could be repeated as many times as the user needs.
