How to bulk select ""Convert to Opportunity

I need to click the "Convert to Opportunity" button on each lead, but I have hundreds of leads. Is there a way to bulk click "convert to opportunity"?

And better, is there a way to automate so that every lead that is generated is automatically "convert(ed) to opportunity"?
