How to convert a Report Link to a multi-link Text field?

Hello,  I want to send an email notification with report link embedded to the email. When I call the Report link field in the notification email, it always comes up as empty.  Is there a way to ...

Are you willing to include a copy of the form in your email - or at least a super mini form that has that embedded report in the email?

If not, there is a Plan B which I can suggest but its a bit more complicated.
