How to differentiate between new email and replies in Pipelines Outlook Channel

I'm creating a record in QB on receipt of an email in Outlook but whenever I get reply to the email I would like to update the email body in QB instead of creating a new record.

ID is not same for the new email and reply for it, I believe we can't use ID.

Appreciate help on this.
