How to prevent the App Builder from seeing the salary data in an HR app?

If the salaries were stored in a separate app, you could control it that way.  There would be a relationships and users without permissions, even and "Admin",  would not see the table of actual salaries in the cross app relationship.  Of course, someone would need to be the Admin of the salaries table.
