How to remove second filter on drilldown report?

Are you very sure that your drill down report which is set for the summary report does not have any filters? It�s supposed to be an unfiltered report.

Yes, I also mean on the drilldown report.
I used the word "initial" because that's the term I'm seeing when I go in to customize the report. There are initial filter and dynamic filter options.
