5 years agoWhen you have multiple forms you will see an option in forms management to control which forms get associated with which reports.
I suggest that you make a set of reports to use the old form and a parallel set of reports to use the new form and then associate appropriately which form goes with which.
If your users access the records from these reports they will end up reviewing and editing on the correct form.
