Idea on how to create a list of hours and add them up?

I want to have two fields (Time In and Time Out) with all the hours of the day, e.g. 12:00 01:00 02:00 03:00 etc But I can't find a way to add in another field the chosen option of Time In and...

Hi, The formula-duration field does not work, it only accepts variables equal to duration, not text type.

    You can use this formula in a Formula - Duration field.

    ToTimeOfDay([Time Out (Multiple Choice)])-ToTimeOfDay([Time In (Multiple Choice)])

    I don't totally understand why you're entering time through a multiple-choice text field, but if that's what works for you, that duration formula should work.
