Yes you will need to work with Quick Base.
However why do you need to copy to a new application? What is the business case that makes the original application unusable in 2020? That is not a very large number of records and it not that many documents. Your Quick Base app can grow a lot bigger.

Two comments.
1. I 100% agree with Don - why copy the app? That would be a very rare ting to do for no good reason other that the calendar rolled over. The next thing you know someone will want a 2 year report and you are then stuck.
2. I'm not even sure that even Quick Base will allow of the system will allow an app to be copied with attachments > 75 MB.

Thank you for your responses. The reason for copying the app is because we are making a lot of adjustments to current fields which means we need to go back and adjust all of the fields that were effected.
Here's an example:
We have a Project Type field which gives them option to select from a dropdown options such as:
- Flyer
- Handout
- Social Media - General
The "Social Media - General" option is being removed which will effect all of the projects that have this selected.

.. so just remove that choice and It will not be available for future records, but will still exists for past records. Is this choice from a relationship or a just a basic multiple choice field?
