Instructions for OAUTH2 using Pipelines

Question

I had the darndest time trying to find out how to use pipelines to get API data when the remote system uses OAUTH2. After lots of trial and error, I was able to make it work, and I figured I would share the info here. Attached are some instructions. These also might be helpful to users trying to get APIs working with JSON data.
