I just had a user with something similar and clear history also did not work. If I tested as that user the problem did not happen. They were using an old iPad Gen6 and when I swapped that out for them the problem went away, I did not make any other changes to Quickbase for them. They were still running iOS 16. I do not know if that helps at all.
