I think that looking at QB Partners and respective add-ons would be a place to start:

I did the same, myself, when starting on our QB journey a few months back researching replacements for our existing system. This included a few calls with QB, some of the partners, and playing around with the demo. Our company has some complex processes and relationships and use a few other cloud services that needed integration.
If you can't find what you're looking for, QuickBase's API is great, speaking as a developer. If you don't come from that background or have someone within your organization, you can find many Solution Providers (QSPs) that are available to help integrate.
EDIT: As Adam said, the Cloud Pipes merger should add much more on to integrating other platforms and services that traditionally needed custom code.
