is there a way to deny phone app access ?

HI Evan,That's correct. Although we are mostly virtual now there are some cases where our trainers need to be on site in the practice. So we want to reduce any inadvertent capture of patient information.&nbsp;&nbsp; Basically the same rules you would want your doctor to enforce- no cameras and no recording devices.&nbsp; Difficult with modern phones but we want to reduce the need/temptation to pull them out.------------------------------Richard ChagnonChicago IL------------------------------

I believe that the higher level plans have the feature to restrict access by IP address - ie you have to be physically in the office to access the app.

Thanks for the reminder Mark. Though we are not on the higher level plans.
