Is there a way to lock the first row and first column when scrolling in Summary Reports?

Most summary reports have more data than will fit on one page, I'd like to find a way to lock or freeze the first row and the first column so that we are not guessing in which field the data lies. I have read elsewhere that it is browser dependent, and this is true to an extent, MS edge seems to have better scrolling features than Chrome. But on the other hand table reports always lock or freeze the first row and column. If this is not currently a feature, can it be put on the feature request list?
