Is there a way to see what changes were made to a form, similar to a version history?

I have recently taken over the structure of Quick Base forms and I've already found that there is an error causing the form to not work. I know it had worked previously there had been changes made in ...

Another option is to go to Support and ask for a Copy of your app to be restored from a date when you knew it was working, then you can compare the form line by line and the form rules to find the difference. Be clear that you want a copy of the app restored and not to overwrite your production app.
