Landing Page after form submission - On Mobile

When using a desktop browser, if a customer fills out a form, they got to home page where we have a message for them.  On a mobile device, it gives them the opportunity to login.  it doesn't seem to be redirecting to the selected home page for the app.  I would like for it to go to the same home page.

    I have this setup, but why does it ask them to login on mobile only?
