Launch URL from change of status

I am using the Kanban report in order to have the salespeople in my business be able to "walk a call through the call" aka drag the tile to go from part of the call to another. What I would like to do is as the status updates in the status drop-down that I have created which is changed by dragging the Kanban, to launch a webpage in a window that pops up in quickbase that includes a script that I have created. How would I go about doing this?
