It has always been a bit mysterious as to the logic which is used.  I would never rely on that work workflow.

    I have the same need, I have to run a report on records that have changed (each day).  If this is not the best route, any suggestions?

      Changed since when?

      If you want records changed today, the hook on [Date Modified] is today.
