Qrew LegendOn the top screen shot you should edit the field properties for the Related Control to set the Proxy field to be the Control Description and Controls Description field is the one that should be on the form.

I tried using the Related Control and also the proxy Record ID for the reference field - both gave me a dropdown with the Control Number options, but neither populated the Description

------------------------------ - I ended up recreating the join table, setting up relationships with the Control and Evidences tables, and now its working. I still don't know why it broke in the old join table, because I setup the relationships, lookup fields, etc, exactly the same as the old one, but at least its working now.
