Mult-Text with Log Edits (edit mode). Button to Display "Show All Entries"

I have a multi-line text field, [All Project Updates], with log edits enabled. In edit mode in order to see all lines in the record one must click the Show All Entries. In View mode instead of showing...

Yes, you can make a form with a drastically reduced field list, maybe even one field.  Take note of the form ID on the form list.  Suppose that it is form ID 10.

The button to redisplay the mini form would be

URLRoot() & "db/" & dbid() & "?a=dr&dfid=10&rid=" & [Record ID#]
