Multiple Parent or Master Record Relationship
This is kind of difficult to explain...
Locations/Company Table

Issue Table
I have Notes and Issues both children of the parent table Locations individually.
But I want to also add the same Notes Table to be a child of a Location's child Issue. So that when I go to a location, enter an issue record and add a note, it will automatically populate the parent relationship with the same location as the issue has.
I've tried this a couple of times to no avail using Dynamic Form Rules.
Locations < Notes
Locations < Issues
Issues < Notes
The reason for this is I want to be able to have all of the cumulative notes within the Locations under the same relationship and in the same report.
Not all notes will be associated with an issue, but some issues may have notes. All issues will be associated with a location and all notes will be associated with a location. I just don't want to have to manually select the location while already in the issue adding a note.
