New Return Function Failing?

Anyone else having trouble with the new return function failing (by failing, I mean redirecting to the wrong page)? For me it fails about 1 out of 10 times, and for the life of me I can't pinpoint when or why. Also, when it fails it redirects to completely bizarre pages. Sometimes a home page, sometimes a (seemingly) random record in a random table. The code I am talking about is below.
