No Data Available on Dashboard widgets?

Recently, a lot of users including myself are seeing 'No Data Available' on our gauge dashboard widgets. Refreshing will sometimes solve, sometimes not. If you refresh enough it seems to work, or closing the browser down and reopening has worked. Is anyone else suddenly experiencing this?

  • Hi Mike,

I had the same problem this week. I had the same dashboard open on two different computers with the same login. One computer had the No data available problem while the other one was fine. Refreshing didn't fix it. But I tried 10 minutes later and it worked again.

      We had the same problem.

Quickbase changed some of their URLs and our security tools didn't like the change. I put in a support ticket and Quickbase said it wasn't them. After several days of troubleshooting, we made these changes to the whitelist.

Thanks Jim. We found the same thing, our anti virus did not like the change. Thanks for the full list. I think the only one we white listed was version 2 you posted.

Thanks Matt. We had the exact same behavior. Sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn't. Different computers were different. Sometimes, the widget would look like it was working but if you click on the 3 dots and said 'open report' it would jump to an antivirus/firewall warning.

Like Jim said, appears to be the need to whitelist those URLs. But try 'opening report' on some of your widgets. It might make the firewall error notice fire.
