Numeric formula field showing no data

We are trying to add a numeric formula field's result data to a formula of another numeric formula's and whenever we do, the field just shows up as a blank space, no 0 or anything. The separate fields...

Have you checked the Properties of all the Numeric fields this formula references? Check to be sure the properties are set like this:
