Outlook Signature using mailto:

Does anyone know why my signature isnt included using the mailto: command? Is there a line of code I need to add when creating the mail to? Or perhaps this is an Outlook setting I am overlooking?

I assumed it would treat the email as a 'new email', thus my signature would be there, but that is not the case.
