Overwriting a Report

I am trying to save a default report "List All" with new fields but it keeps telling me to resave the report. I can't use the newly saved report in my report on another table. I want to overwrite
the report with my changes, not create a new one.

    It looks like you are running into this issue because you aren't set up with a role in the app that is allowed to save what we call common reports. Essentially you don't have the permissions to save reports to be available to everyone, only reports that are personal to you. That is why you see below where it says "This report will be listed only for you, in the group Mine" with no option to change. If you check the role you are in within the app (for example if you are an Admin you would want to open up that role) and make sure that for the Statuses Settings table your role has the Common Reports checkbox checked, which you can see where it appears in the image I have included below. Ideally if you make sure that is checked you should then be able to go in and save the report normally. I hope this suggestion is helpful and certainly let me know if that doesn't help.
