I think that you would need to have a step in the Pipeline which would search for the 1st "Account" that Matches the Account of the Contact. If sales force has and Account ID# you could match on that or else match on the Account name.
I see that there is also a native Quick Base Connected Sync table options to connect to Sales Force, That may be easier to set up.
