Pipelines - MailChimp List Segmenting

I'm trying to setup a Pipeline to my MailChimp account, and it appears that the segmenting parameter available though Pipelines (List) is the Audience List (ie... no ability to set tags within the audience list).  I'm I understanding this correctly?

I would like to maintain just 1 audience list and be able to segment that list using Tags, is this possible with Pipelines?  I'm pretty sure the MailChimp API Supports assigning tags to the contact.
