Possible to Save a Users Personal Report as a Common Report?

If a user creates a personal report, and sends the link to me and I want to save it as a common report for everyone, is that possible? It doesn't appear to be possible as I do not have a 'Save As' Opt...

just do a "Save As" and it will let you save it as a common report, and give it the same name.

I have clients where I encourage them to create personal reports and when they get one that they use commonly then I asked them to send me the link and I convert it to a common report and typically put a link on a dashboard somewhere.

      Are you sure that you tried this on a personal report link sent my someone else to you?  It wont let you save without the radio button options as to how to share it?
