Question and Answer Table

I need to Create a Table called Question and Answer, Where a team of Multiple User (ABC App) can post a Question and Other Members within the Team can post Multiple Answers for that question, However, it must be all in One Table. Please explain it to me in Layman Term. I am not a coder, I can simply follow the instruction, but it got to Crystal Clear, Just like the Navigation on Google Maps. Help and Patience is appreciated :)

Th best structure would be to have two tables.

One for Questions and one for Answers. Set up a Relationship where 1 Question has Many Answers.
