I was reading about Automation and it has a limit of 50 Actions. I have 60 records to copy from Std Questions to Survey Responses. Is there a neat workaround or shall I create a a button that would add more records?

Qrew LegendIt is just 1 Action to copy all 60 records. There is type of Action called COPY Records and you basically set the filter as to which records to copy (in your case it will be all of them) and that Action will easily copy all your records in one Action.

I hope you don't mind a quick follow up question. 60 Survey Questions will probably be best to fill using grid edit. Each Response field can be one of five short text values.
Using multiple choice field for responses will involve clicking on Response field for every question, which seems very user unfriendly. Creating a checkbox field for each of 5 responses can cause multiple Response to each question.
I can use colour coding to highlight data entry errors when users save grid edit report. Is there a better way?

------------------------------- MarkShnier__YouI agree that checkboxes are a much friendlier way because as you say, you need two clicks to enter a multiple choice box, one to open the choices and another to select.
Grid Edit does not support colour, but you an have a color message calculated by a formula Rich Text field and I believe that it will dynamically recalculate in Grid Edit mode in your use case. (because the formula only depends on data on that record and not lookup or summary fields.
You can then enable Custom Data Rules for the table in advanced settings and display that error message and block the Grid Edit save if too many choices were selected.
