4 different values of BB, and further NNN counter range depends on the same:
Code (BB)= DP, NNN= 001 to 099
Code (BB)= DN, NNN=100 to 299
Code (BB)= PP, NNN=300 to 399
Code (BB)= PN, NNN=400 to 999
