If you have multiple reports from one table you can play with it to see how to find it. Maybe instead of first you would want to use last in the code.
The thing about elements on a form in quick base is they are dynamic. If you add an element to the top all elements shift. This is what I have seen anyway. So you can write code for a form and it breaks because you changed the position of a field. It was not always this way, it got changed at some point.
