Putting Month name from date field onto Exact Form

I have a date field in Quickbase that on my Exact Form I would like to display ONLY the name of the month from.  So for example the date field "Due Date" has a value "5/1/2017", and on the Exact form ...

You can make a new field called month and use that on the form.


Case(Month($MyDate),

That worked perfectly!  Thank you! :) We couldn't work out how to do it in a field so had guessed it would need to be coded into the Exact form somehow, but that works really well.
