Save and redirect to a thank you page
I have a form that I need an external user to complete. I want to add a Submit button, that will Save and Close the record and direct them to a Thank you page. I have a Home Page that has a Thank you ...

This part of the formula here
a=showpage&pageid=7
is saying to display page # 7
When you look at your list of pages, the page ID# is on the right. So check that you are displaying a page which, in fact, does exists :)

Is there a way to send an external person a link to a QB form that does NOT require a login?
The use case would be a request for a client to write us a review. For example, we send a notification via email with the link to the form (this opens an existing document in edit mode) and when they submit, the document is saved with their comments and they are redirected to a thank you page on our website.
Requiring a login would be a no-go and we'd probably use WordPress instead... I'm just thinking if QB can do it I'd like to learn how.

------------------------------ - MarkShnier__YouYes, Quick Base can be used in EOTI mode, Everyone On The Internet. I don't have a link handy to which explains the full set of best practices, but if you search on EOTI or Everyone ON The Internet, you will find many posts.
Some of the techniques are.
Invited the EOTI by adding the user
Everyone on the internet (spelled exactly that way) to the app. Don't sent the email invitations as it will send 3 billion emails (OK just kidding about that).
Set a form for View mode for the Role so that when they save they end up on a "thank you" version page with no personal information.
Have the EOTI in a separate app and use Sync Tables as opposed to opening up your main app to EOTI.
