Hi Chethana,
It is possible to get the functionality you are looking for using a Conditional Dropdown. The dropdown uses the relationship between tables to help you narrow down a list of options in a dropdown to only show options related to a previous selection. What you would need is 3 tables one table each for Countries, States, and Cities and then you would relate them to eachother so that Countries have States and States have Cities then you can use a Conditional Dropdown to set it up so that users first pick countries and then only see states in that country and then cities in that state.
