Reactivate File that is Currently Marked Inactive

I have a litigation matter that is showing as QB Status Inactive.  How do I make this matter Active?  It is an active litigation matter and should not show as inactive.  This is not a field I can edit.  It's affecting our reporting.  Any help is appreciated!
