Remove hyperlink on a header field on projects table

For an end user if they want to add any project through NEW PROJECT then in specification fields their project timeline data gets pulled from another table to current add project along with an option to add a NEW MILESTONE as a hyperlink.

Can anyone help me in removing the hyperlink or header label itself?
