I'm trying to add a report formula and the formula is based on a multiple choice text field. It's simple, I'm trying to just pull the ones where there is nothing in the closed reason field. If its a simple filter, then you can just have a filer where closed reason "is equal to" and then just leave the box blank. I don't want to filter the report. This is a summary report and I'm wanting to summarize the different closed status into columns. So I'm using the closed reason because I need to sum records in three different closed reasons and one of those are those without a closed reason. ------------------------------Carol Mcconnell------------------------------

If you just do a summary report where you have it based on all records in the table then group by the [Closed Reason] one of the groupings will be (empty) which is a blank Closed Reason. You could then look at those in a drilldown report.
