Update: I think I figured this out 30 seconds after I hit send. I was thinking about a graph chart but I think I should be able to accomplish this with a summary report of my identified fields.

Thanks for the reply! So far I only seem to be able to include one checkbox field at a time in a summary report. The app I inherited has a series of independent checkbox fields presented to respondents as "Select all that apply". Ideally I'd want to show for how many records each field was selected.
