report subscription-but only to users shown in the report

Question

Can I send a report subscription - but only to the users that have records?

I have a report that shows overdue projects for some of the Project Managers, but not all Project Managers have overdue projects. I'd like to email at month end, to only those PMs that have overdue projects.

Any ideas are appreciated.

and ideally, I would also like to be able to send each PM only his overdue projects.I have created reports that use "when current user" is equal to PM - for online display.

If you send a report to All pms and filter is where pm is the current User, then each pm will only see their own projects.
